Consciousness Unlike The Body Does Not Age Or Get White Hair

The body ages but the mind and heart have a built in capacity to not age. What does that mean? When expanded, awareness becomes consciously appreciated as the nature of the mind and is perpetually recognized then consciousness fundamentally stops changing. It is then known to be eternal and infinate. My personal feeling, knowing and seeing from a very young age to now is that one bright, single day is passing, and will never finish passing. The days all are one non-interrupted passage of time, therefore I do see them all as change but within immovable consciousness. There is a universal field of unbounded knowledge and light that permeates thinking, sensory and even my physical existance. My nights are the same as my days, the awake mind does not recognize change as different from non-change. They are both aspects of never ending universal to personal experience.

Now, certainly my body and physical abilities are changing. But they are experienced on a field of timeless knowingness. This kind of experience is the birth-right of everyone. The aging process is outside and should not affect the realm of consciousness. I am forever aging but I know that will never get old. All processes are ultimately eternal and have no end. The only way to avoid the grip of fear that comes with growing old is to develop self-realization and the knowledge that comes with it. And the only way to do that is with systematic meditation and profound inquiry.
