The Unified Connectedness of the Creator, Creation and Human Perception

There was an instant in time when the pure, pulsing light of unbounded, abstract wholeness flooded my entire consciousness to the exclusion of all other experience. Most surprising, I did not feel a loss, just a shimmering kind of eternal, knowingness-filled universality. The wonderful sight and presence of God that I had been wholely devoted to, as if blinked out, to become the center of an all-consuming, holistic knowingness, that now pulsed as a vast wakefulness within me.

Then I wondered: in the awakened, unified abstraction of my experience, there surely is a home in my awareness for the presence and experience of a personal, universal God.

As my, self-awareness recognized more and more unboundedness, I began to know and see the play of consciousness in more and more specifics. This quiet objectification of awareness as my own unbounded nature, brought to tangible perception an expanded knowledge of the universal creative process, its creators and administrators. A very different, more locatable, precise and unbounded, sight and experience of God’s presence started to become recognized.

I began to perceive the functioning laws of nature as my own activity: near, far, divine, and earthly, experience began to shimmer as universal  range of lively wholeness. Consciousness expanded in clarity and gradually became the landscape of totality in which all my experience took place. Then the understanding began to arise that God also must be found within all this expressed universality—this self-aware abstraction—and that everything certainly must have an ultimate eternal Creator and creators, and nothing—including God—could possibly be anything but a perfect personification of universal existence.

Looking out from a center that was also clearly known and located everywhere, a new clarity in one grand sweep flooded my awareness, expanded infinitely in every direction, then froze, at its greatest expansion and smallest contraction. While remembering my individual body of awareness, within a cosmic body of awareness, I found creation in multiple layers engulfed within the integrated oneness of my own silent awareness.

Within the infinitely sparkling dynamism of wholeness, God became perceived as the shining fullness of it all, central to all experience, so close that all differences dimmed. The abstraction of God, materialized, and entered my awareness to its furthest expansion and to its smallest point where the layers of creation were realized as part and parcel of my own and everyone’s consciousness. We were found to be occupying the same geography of unboundedness, the same universe, the same physiology, as is everyone. God, and the gods, are again wonderfully perceivable; they are not hiding; they are my heart’s delight, central expressions to the liveliness and bliss of the pure-knowledge-structure of a clearly perceivable constant awareness.

This new experience of a unified, unbounded relationship with the Creator, spontaneously organized all layers of my awareness, gave a universal to individual functioning home and body to my experience, and located the true center and structure of cosmic events. It established a physiology of consciousness that incorporated not only the abstract knowledge of wholeness but also its own mental and physical expressions as my awareness. The seed reverberating impulses of nature, their Creator and creators, in fact the whole of  creation itself, have, as if submerged, into one continuum, where the parts of this connectedness serve only to reveal the joy of swimming in the wholeness of it all
